Sota Seedz was born out of an idea that started in the fields of our family-owned farm, Rookie Farmers, in Central Minnesota. That idea of wanting to create something with the organic sunflowers we were already growing quickly turned into an obsession to do sunflower seeds differently.

We saw an opportunity to raise the standard for what a sunflower seed could be, from how it's grown to how it's roasted and seasoned. Backed by our team at Green Fox, our family-owned parent company, we set out to build a brand focused on quality at every step.

By combining our farming roots, small-batch approach, and commitment to organic ingredients, Sota Seedz was created to deliver seeds with better flavor, better ingredients, and a better cracking experience. What started in a sunflower field has grown into a mission to bring 100% organic, Minnesota-grown, perfectly seasoned sunflower seeds to seed lovers everywhere.
